2012.03.31 Sunrise from Currimundi Beach

Now it's Saturday ... there is still sadness in the air, but it is also a day of celebrations for others with a few weddings, and impending births waiting to happen...

I followed the sun this morning... and this is what she delivered ~

'First light over Currimundi Beach'

'A little rough around the edges..'

'A curtain raiser..'

'Sunrays from behind the cloud band'

'Sunrays up close'

'Bright light'

'As the day clears over the beach'

'Checkin' out the surf... will I... won't I?'

20012.03.27 A cloudy start to the day and the beginning of an emotional week

Well, the 27th March started out a little cloudy... felt a bit like my head of late with young teenagers and schooling challenges (no one ever wrote the text book for that one..), after our own minor flooding issues on the 22nd, Month End challenges at work etc... but little were we aware of the emotional roller coaster ride we were about to embark on...

You will have to read through the next few blog posts to catch up on this news, but below are what I captured following the sun on this day!

2012.02.12 Wurtulla Rocks

Sunday's Surf snaps...

My son was itching to go out for a surf at Wurtulla this morning - not too early, not too late (8ish I think - missed the sunrise), so I grabbed my camera and the dog...

Car park - what car park, the streets were like Pitt Street so thought it must be pretty good!  Finally found a park, headed up over the dunes and it was a sight to behold...

Plenty of peeps lookin' for waves

Nice little line up at Wurtulla Rocks

Was cloudy, but bright at Wurtulla Rocks

"I'll have that on the rocks, thanks!"

She saw sea shells on the sea shore

the beach caters for all activities

I am thinking Tai Chi.... correct me if I am wrong!

Alex cuttin' a wave!
